Solana Bootcamp

I directed a 20-hour BootCamp for developers, overseeing all aspects of the production. This included sourcing and vetting the crew, managing budgeting and scheduling, coordinating studio time, overseeing simultaneous shoots, directing subjects, and leading the post-production team.
